On-Demand Downloads
On Demand Downloads automatically renew when you run out of downloads, allowing you uninterrupted use of the site, unless you cancel the auto-renewal by changing the on-site Settings.
It's possible that the payment has been declined by your financial institution. We recommend reaching out to your bank for further assistance, or alternatively, consider utilizing a different credit card or selecting an alternative payment method available under the "Other payment methods" option.

Our default setting is to have the auto-renewal feature activated when you purchase a plan. With auto-renewal enabled, your subscription will be automatically rebilled prior to its expiration, ensuring that you have continuous access to the site and shielding you from any price increases for a period of 24 months after your original purchase date.
For monthly subscriptions, billing occurs on a monthly basis and for annual subscriptions, it occurs annually. The auto-renewal feature for On Demand Downloads is activated once all of your allotted downloads have been utilized.

To ensure the utmost security, we have implemented robust encryption protocols and have implemented strict security measures to protect personal and account information, including credit card details.

If you are not an Exclusive Author, you may sell photographs on Ayisee Stock that are already being sold through other stock photo websites. However, Exclusive Authors are only permitted to sell their content exclusively on Ayisee Stock.

We do not impose any limitations or restrictions on the amount of images you may upload or the frequency of uploads. In fact, we encourage you to upload as many images as feasible in a prompt manner in order to maximize earning potential through sales rewards.
No, you are not required to request payment at a specified time. Your funds will stay in your account until you wish to collect them.
A model release is mandatory when the image in question includes recognizable individuals and is not a candid shot. In such instances, you must secure a signed model release from every person depicted in the image. Even in cases where the photograph is a self-portrait, you must still provide a model release that has been signed by yourself. Should the image feature the likeness of a deceased individual, it is necessary to obtain a model release signed by the authorized legal representative of the deceased.
Requirements for photography
Any image you upload to Depositphotos needs to meet the following criteria:
- The file format should be JPEG;
- The file resolution should be a minimum of 3.4 MP (2400 × 1600)
- The file size must not exceed 50 MB;
- The file should be attributed in English;
- Files should not be modified from their original size;
- You must be the author of the image being sold;
- If the image contains a person or people, everyone in the photo must sign a model release;
- The image should not contain emblems, logos, recognizable trademarks or other copyrighted properties;
- You should not upload images of buildings, constructions or places protected by intellectual property rights;
- You should not artificially enlarge, distort or stretch the file in order to increase its size or resolution.
Requirements for illustrations
You must include a JPEG file preview of not less than 3.4 MP (2400 × 1600) ZIP-archived with the original EPS/AI file.

Earnings Breakdown
We value our contributors and reward them for their part in helping us grow. The more content you upload to our platform that is approved, the higher your Royalty Tier increases and the more you make when we sell your content.

Our evaluation team, consisting of a limited number of Inspectors, evaluates images that are uploaded globally. The duration of the evaluation process can vary based on the volume of images submitted concurrently. Our priority is to ensure the rapid release of images for sale while maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality products.
We do not accept:
- Images with violence scenes;
- Images of obscene, pornographic, or abusive nature;
- Photographs of photographs;
- Photographs containing logos, trademarks, trade names;
- Photographs of objects protected by patents, copyright or intellectual property rights;
- Subjects of contemporary arts;
- Photographs/pictures with design elements protected by copyright;
- Photographs or illustrations on the base of archive pictures, illustrations, magazines, reproductions, etc;
- Photographs of documents where personal data are shown, images with screensavers, computer monitors, current maps, etc.;
- Photographs with elements of military awards, military property, symbols and attributes of state power, governmental property;
- Studio shooting of people if you have no model release;
- Photographs from public events, sport events, concerts, where photographing was directly prohibited;
- Images that do not answer our quality requirements.

There are several reasons that may result in an image being declined, including:
The image fails to meet quality standards set by the platform.

The image is an exact or partial duplicate of an image already present in the archive.
The image lacks artistic merit or contains unacceptable content.

Stock photos are pre-made photographs that can be licensed for various uses, while vectors are digital images that are created using mathematical equations and can be scaled to any size without losing quality. Footage refers to moving images, such as video clips.
Royalty-free" refers to the ability to use an image in accordance with its license terms without any additional restrictions on the location, audience, or manner of use, among others. By purchasing a royalty-free image, you gain a non-exclusive, lifelong right to use it for your purposes, as defined by the Standard or Extended license agreement.
Please note that "royalty-free" does not mean free of cost. You will be required to pay a one-time fee for a lifetime license to use the image. Our entire collection of images is royalty-free, so you can feel confident in your purchases.

How to get a refund for an On Demand plan
We offer a 30-day period for refunds to users who have not downloaded any files from their plan.
To request a refund, contact Customer Support within 30 days of renewal. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
How to get a refund for a Subscription plan
After purchasing a Subscription plan, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.
If you forget to cancel your Subscription before the renewal date, we offer a 30-day period for refunds. You can’t request a refund if you have downloaded one or more files.
To request a refund, contact our Customer Support within 30 days of the purchase or plan renewal of the Subscription plan. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
All available information is presented in the image description. Ayisee Stock does not communicate with photographers on behalf of its customers and cannot search for additional information about a photograph. In addition, we are unable to provide you with a missing image from the range of similar ones if it is not presented at the site.

Our standard license agreement is non-transferable and non-sublicensable, which means you cannot transfer or sublicense the rights to use the files to another party.
However, you are permitted to use the files in designs created for your clients and to share these designs with them as part of the project, provided that the clients do not receive any further rights to the files.
Giving credit is required only when using images marked Editorial Use Only. The copyright notice must contain the following: “[Name or Nickname of the Contributor/Author] /Ayiseestock.com”.

Subscriptions
Subscriptions are the most affordable plans, and they are the best fit for customers with an ongoing need for images. Subscriptions come with the Standard License only.
When you purchase our plan, the auto-renewal feature is turned on by default. You can cancel subscriptions anytime in your Dashboard > Subscription, and avoid any additional fees.

On Demand Downloads are tailor-made for customers who need a fixed number of downloads on an as-needed basis. On Demand Downloads allow you to download images of any size, as you go, within one year of your purchase.
On Demand Downloads are good for one year. But it’s easy to extend the expiration date: just purchase a new batch of downloads before the remaining downloads expire.
Standard and Extended Licenses are available for On Demand Downloads.
Video files can be purchased using video On Demand Downloads.

Some of our files are marked for “Editorial Use Only,” which means they cannot be used for any advertising, promotional or commercial purposes.
"Commercial Use" refers to the utilization of an image for advertising or promoting a product or service, generating commercial revenue, or endorsing any product or service in any manner.
Files designated as "Editorial Use Only" are provided under a limited Standard License and are suitable for use as visual references in news articles, publications, blogs, and websites, where the objective is strictly informational, educational, or entertaining, and not meant to promote a product or service.

It is important to note that these files may contain images of individuals without model releases, private properties, well-known trademarks, and other protected elements for which special permissions may be necessary for commercial use or advertising purposes.
All files on our platform can be obtained under either the Standard or Extended License.
The Standard License serves as the default license type and allows for the utilization of downloaded files for both personal and commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of the Standard License. This license encompasses a broad range of uses including advertising, marketing, product packaging, newspapers and magazines, books/e-books, UI design for websites and applications, digital use, and more. Please note that the Standard License has a print limit of 500,000 copies.
For special usage requirements, the Extended License is available exclusively for On Demand Downloads. This license encompasses all permissible uses under the Standard License and does not have any restrictions on print runs. Additionally, the Extended License permits the use of downloaded files in items intended for resale or free distribution, such as posters, postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, artwork, coloring books, and so on.

The Extended License option is exclusively available with On Demand Downloads.
The Extended License encompasses all of the usage rights provided under the Standard License, with no limitations on the number of copies or prints. This license also enables you to incorporate the downloaded file into items for resale or free distribution where it serves a significant role and enhances the overall value of the item (e.g. posters, postcards, coloring books, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, artwork, etc.).
Examples of applications that require an Extended License include, but are not limited to:
- Print runs exceeding 500,000 copies
- Advertising and marketing materials
- Books, magazines, or newspapers
- Product packaging and labeling
- Merchandise
In addition, the Extended License allows for the following types of use:
- Resale items (postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, artwork, coloring books, etc.)
- Items for distribution (postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, artwork, etc.)
- Promotional items (T-shirts, calendars, cups, etc.)
- Digital use for resale purposes
- Screensavers for resale or distribution
- Desktop wallpapers for resale or distribution
- Digital templates for resale or distribution (e.g. website templates, ecard templates, banner templates, etc.)

In order to purchase an image with an Extended License you need to buy Extended License On Demand Downloads in addition to the subscription.
You can change your password in your account profile or use the password reminder form. You cannot change your login.
To change your email address, please sign in to your account and go to your account profile.
All your downloaded files are saved in your Downloaded Files folder.
To locate your purchased files, please go to the Menu -> Downloads
The Search by downloaded files icon allows you to search among your downloaded files by keywords or ID number.
All your purchased files are available for free re-download within one year after its purchase.
Each image counts as one download, regardless of the image, size, or format.
To view your remaining downloads, please go to your Home page or click on your avatar at the top-right corner of the site select > Subscription
To update your personal information, please sign in to your account and go to your profile.
You can create only one account and use it for both buying and selling images.
Images
You may be redirected to the Subscription page when attempting to download an image despite having an active plan due to a few reasons.
To ensure a successful download, kindly verify that the file being downloaded falls under the license agreement associated with your current plan. It is worth noting that all subscription plans come equipped with a Standard License.
In the event that you have multiple plans active simultaneously, kindly switch to the plan with available downloads remaining.
Videos
Most likely, you are trying to download a larger size than your purchased package allows you.
If you still have a problem, feel free to contact us.
File did not download
You can try downloading the purchased image from the Menu -> Downloaded. Or you can contact our Support Service.
File is not usable (corrupted)
If a file purchased on the website is of inappropriate quality, simply contact us with file number and problem details. Upon verification of defect or deficiency, we will cancel that purchase and credit you the purchase price.
