| Use Visual Content in a manner that infringes upon any third party's trademark or other intellectual property, or would give rise to a claim of deceptive advertising or unfair competition. | |

Pricing depends on a variety of factors, including the artist’s willingness to sell the copyright for their work exclusively. Exclusive rights would only apply to use from the date of the exclusive contract. Neither Ayisee Stock nor the artist can assume responsibility for prior uses, and your contract would not negate previously obtained royalty-free licenses for the image.
